How can we help?

More about ECO.

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government designed energy efficiency scheme in Great Britain aimed at reducing carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty.

Since it began in April 2013, the scheme has seen many changes, and has developed to include a number of methods to support UK residents in saving energy.

The latest changes came in 2017 - and you may hear them termed ECO2t.

Carbon Emissions Reduction Obligation (CERO) To promote ‘primary measures’, including roof and wall insulation and connections to district heating systems.

Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) To improve the ability of low income and vulnerable household to heat their homes. This includes actions that result in heating savings, such as the replacement or repair of a boiler.

What happens next?

Once we receive your application via our online form or over the phone, we'll do a quick assessment to tell us whether you and your home qualify for the available grants.  Then we'll give you a ring to let you know, and arrange a free in-home assessment if we can help.

From there it's as simple as you being happy for us to proceed and we'll get straight on it, booking a time that suits you to carry out the installation.

Couldn't be simpler!

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

We do our best to cover everywhere in the UK, but unfortunately not all areas are equal in terms of grants available and the criteria for qualifying.  When you fill in the form, we'll be in touch to let you know if you're in a qualifying area for what you want.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services team are available to answer your questions every day.  Either give us a call (Mon-Sat 8-5) or drop us an email and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
